Store Operations Associate

Cube Smart is hiring a New York Store Operations Associate to support daily self storage facility operations and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll greet and assist customers, explain storage solutions, handle rentals, payments, and move ins/outs, and maintain accurate records. You will help keep the property clean, safe, and well organized, perform basic inspections, and support sales goals through upselling and cross selling services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate storage solutions
• Process rentals, move ins, move outs, and customer payments
• Maintain accurate customer records and facility documentation
• Support sales goals through upselling and cross selling services
• Monitor, inspect, and help maintain a clean, safe property
• Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and service requests
• Operate point of sale and property management systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and security procedures
