The City of Buffalo is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) call and information specialist to handle 311 inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins. You will input requests, verify caller details, and determine appropriate service actions while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities include translating for dispatch or field needs, assisting other departments, and creating reports to verify data quality. High school diploma or GED required.
