Resorts World Inc. is looking for a Customer Success and Solution Adoption Specialist to be the primary customer-facing resource for US casino management system customers. You will help clients understand, adopt, and gain value from the system through pre-sales support, demonstrations, training, and go-live guidance.
You will coordinate with Asia-based teams and internal product groups to ensure smooth adoption, ongoing satisfaction, and measurable success metrics post-implementation.
