Job Description
COCO Spa is an upscale day spa serving clients in Brewster and the surrounding area.

We are seeking a professional, personable, and service-oriented Front Desk Client Service Agent to welcome guests and support the daily operation of the spa.

As the first person many clients see, you will help create a warm, organized, and professional guest experience.

• Greet and check in clients and guests
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions
• Explain spa services, products, policies, and procedures
• Process payments and complete transactions accurately
• Sell services, products, and gift cards
• Provide tours and information to prospective clients
• Support massage therapists, specialists, and managers
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front-desk and guest-area environment
• Complete assigned opening and closing procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous front-desk, customer-service, hospitality, or spa experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone and email etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort using computers, scheduling systems, and payment systems
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, honest, personable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn about spa services and products
• Availability for weekend shifts
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
