Summary

Seasonal Client Services Advisor within the Omnichannel Client Services team, responsible for managing client requests across digital and store touchpoints from October 2026 to January 2027. Acts as an ambassador of the Maison by providing personalized advice, assisting with online orders, and ensuring a seamless omni-channel client experience.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide personalized product knowledge and service across the Maison’s categories.
• Assist clients with online orders and contribute to meeting revenue goals.
• Manage client files in compliance with company policies and standards.
• Handle and resolve client claims, issues, and complaints across digital and store channels.
• Support operational tasks such as fraud review, ASQ claims, and refund processing.

• Experience in customer service or retail; luxury experience is a plus.
• Passion for fashion and up-to-date knowledge of trends.
• Client-centric, solution-oriented, and professional communication skills, especially by phone.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and varied operating hours.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS platforms) and omni-channel tools.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
