Customer Service Representative; CSR

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, remote role focused on delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support to travelers using Skyline Booking. In this position, you will handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assist customers with booking flights and travel packages, and resolve issues related to payments, confirmations, and itinerary changes. You will provide guidance on destination information, platform features, and policies, while documenting interactions and updating customer records in internal systems.

The role also involves monitoring common issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams, and contributing feedback to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer experience.. Qualifications.
