Reachdesk, a global SaaS gifting and swag platform, seeks an entry-level Client Success Associate in a flexible hybrid setup. You’ll learn the Reachdesk platform, onboard new clients, and manage a small portfolio, progressing toward a Client Success Manager role based on performance.
You’ll develop skills in client onboarding, use-case-based selling, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive client goals and ROI.
