Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service.
- Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests.
- Addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as:
- Arranging transportation
- Providing information about property amenities
- Giving directions to local attractions, etc.
- Assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property.
- Receiving and distributing packages, dry‑cleaning, documents, and other items.
- Following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Have a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Have effective interpersonal, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Have high attentiveness to detail.
- Can adapt, multi‑task, and take initiative.
