K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering a world‑class shopping experience. Immediate openings are available.

• Handle all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions while following standard operating procedures and securing cash and negotiable documents.
• Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond to inquiries and needs.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring floor stock and fitting‑room areas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions and advertisements.

• Strong customer‑service orientation and a culture of customer obsession.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs and processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to consult with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
• Be able to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

• Pay range: $17.00 – $21.25 per hour.
