Client Relationship Management, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for multiple clients, providing professional and effective communication across a variety of client interactions. The successful candidate will manage inquiries, deliver clear messaging, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main client-facing contact, delivering clear and professional communication across diverse client interactions.
- Respond to client inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
- Translate complex or technical information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to each situation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and excellent service.
- Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address questions, resolve concerns, and handle escalations effectively.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, align responses, and deliver seamless support.
- Maintain professionalism, composure, and credibility in all client interactions, including high-pressure or sensitive situations.
- At least 7 years of experience in client services, client relationship management, or client success roles.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to act as the single point of contact for multiple clients.
- Experience managing client inquiries through a hotline or similar service channel.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Willingness to work onsite four days a week in either a Pittsburgh or NYC office.
- Ability to participate in two interview rounds.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional nights or weekends if required.
- Candidates who are willing and able to convert to full-time employment are preferred, though this is not guaranteed.
- Previous government or public sector experience is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
