Remarketing Representative

Burnt Hills, NY | Full-Time, In-Office

Legacy Recovery & Remarketing Services is seeking a dependable, positive, and customer-focused Remarketing Representative to join our Burnt Hills office. This position supports our vehicle remarketing operations and works closely with clients, auction buyers, and our experienced internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the sale and remarketing of vehicles through auction.
• Process titles, title applications, and other vehicle-related documentation.
• Complete administrative paperwork and maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Communicate with the public regarding vehicles available for sale.
• Correspond professionally with clients and provide timely updates and assistance.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to clients, buyers, and the public.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the remarketing and operations teams.
