Customer Service Representative

Location: Catskill

Our client, a leading provider of electrical and technical services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Office Support team supporting administrative functions and client interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally

+ Manage and coordinate calendars to ensure smooth daily operations

+ Capture client information accurately following established intake scripts

+ Enter orders and maintain organized file management systems

+ Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned to support office efficiency

** What's Needed?*
* + A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree is preferred

+ Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role

+ Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
