As the Client Concierge Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Greeting clients warmly and assisting with their inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinating appointments and ensuring schedules run efficiently.
• Training and mentoring team members to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Resolving customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space for clients and their pets.

We're seeking a candidate with:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
