Summary
The Client Services Advisor supports Miu Miu clients across phone, chat, email, social networks, and SMS. The role delivers personalized luxury service, builds client relationships, and supports sales and retention across omni-channel interactions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with orders, delivery, returns, repairs, and refunds.
- Use CRM tools to personalize service, build lasting client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Resolve client issues by coordinating with boutiques and concessions, and elevate incidents when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed call center service metrics while handling complaints and challenging interactions professionally.
Requirements
- Exceptional client service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, CRM experience, and strong typing skills.
- Fluency in English;
Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus. - Strong time management, decision-making, adaptability, and accountability.
