Summary
The E-Commerce Administrator supports Cartier's online business by coordinating order operations and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment. The role works across internal teams to maintain smooth order flow and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Support daily order processing, stock transfer tracking, and return and exchange processing.
- Monitor the Client Relations Center and e-commerce inbox.
- Coordinate with Client Relations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fraud, Sales Audit, and IT teams.
- Check website and order flows, monitor systems for accuracy, and elevate issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and process tracking.
- Undergraduate degree and at least 3 years of related professional experience.
- Strong computer skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer service focus and ability to learn new software quickly.
