Description:
- Verify patient eligibility with payers and support claim submissions and investigations.
- Provide patient support, coordinate logistics, and resolve billing and service issues.
- Own second-level escalations from patient billing call center agents and field teams.
- Conduct patient outreach through phone, email, and SMS to resolve escalated cases.
- Coordinate work across departments to expedite projects, escalations, and resolutions.
- Use Salesforce, email, and phone to manage and close escalation cases promptly.
- Prepare product-grid analyses, reports, and organizational data requests.
- Keep leaders and stakeholders informed of escalation status and operational progress.
- Review and contribute to departmental procedures, protocols, and SOPs.
- Handle PHI securely and complete HIPAA, privacy, compliance, security, and Natera training requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of inbound and outbound call center experience.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Experience with medical billing and coding, preferably in a skilled nursing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid practices.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- Ability to manage stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Availability to work flexibly between 7 AM and 7 PM based on business needs and call volumes.
- Remote USA position with pay listed at $20 USD per hour.
