Our Marketing Assistants help create an outstanding client and customer experience while supporting the execution of engaging marketing campaigns. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll interact with new and existing clients, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are interested in marketing, communications, and consumer trends. Our Marketing Assistants stay up to date on industry news and emerging trends, bringing fresh ideas and energy to every campaign.
As you grow within the role, you’ll also have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, develop your communication and coaching skills, and help support and mentor other team members!

Simultaneously, our Marketing team will help promote our clients’ services we represent by connecting with customers and delivering engaging, personalized experiences. - Demonstrates great client service and impactful interactions
- Previous retail, hospitality, client relations and/or sales experience is a plus- we are looking for excellent communicators!
- Great interpersonal skills; work well within a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail while entering customer information
- Must be currently located in NYC
- Help customers by answering any questions that may arise face-to-face and in person
- Enter customer data to complete sales transactions
- Drive sales by suggesting compatible products, services,
- Provide knowledgeable responses to consumer inquiries-
