Customer Service Associate

Provide operational support to ZEGNA's Retail and Wholesale businesses, managing customer orders from entry through invoicing. Serve as a liaison among customers, buying offices, Wholesale, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and the distribution center to ensure effective communication and customer service.

• Enter customer orders and process seasonal changes, including pricing updates, delivery revisions, store distributions, and cancellations.
• Coordinate EDI and non-EDI purchase orders, stock special orders, order releases, and inventory transfers.
• Respond to order and product inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and communicate inventory updates and shipment delays.
• Monitor shipping reports and delivery windows, and investigate and dispute chargeback claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters to resolve order and delivery issues.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, wholesale, hospitality, luxury retail, fashion, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-through, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
