Call Center​/Customer Support

Express Employment Professionals – Brooklyn, NY is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Call Center / Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic team in the New York City area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping people resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.

As a Call Center / Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing product or service information. You’ll ensure every interaction is professional, accurate, and focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner

• Assist customers with orders, account questions, and service issues

• Document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when needed

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

• Meet performance goals related to call handling, response time, and quality

Experience – 1–2 years of call center, customer service, or support experience
Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Personality – Friendly, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure
Technical – Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred)
Organization – Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
