The Metropolitan Opera invites applications for a Membership Associate in the Dress Circle Lounge. You will greet Met Members and Patrons, check membership cards at the door (each card admits two), and assist with membership inquiries and renewals to ensure a welcoming experience during Met Opera performances.
You will distribute membership brochures and calendars, collect guest cards to support lead generation, and coordinate with Patron/Met Membership staff to address service requests.
