The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center seeks a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face for visitors, players, and guests. You will assist with check-ins, court times, and program offerings, while upholding policies and delivering a positive experience.
Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with POS, reservations, and scheduling systems. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and full-time onsite is required.
