Front Desk Concierge: Visitor & Resident

Talentify is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist for a community setting. You will answer calls, greet visitors, forward messages, and help coordinate transportation and calendars for residents and staff.

Strong communication and basic math skills are required. You will handle mail and deliveries, maintain supplies, manage guestroom reservations, and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, always delivering courteous, professional service to residents and families.
