Concierge / Door Person. New York City – Brooklyn. Starting pay: $18/hour. We are seeking friendly, professional, and dependable individuals to join our team as Concierge / Door Persons in luxury residential and commercial properties throughout NYC. Experience in concierge services and upscale customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities- Welcome residents and guests.
- Maintain a professional lobby presence.
- Assist visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help create a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment.
- Experience as a Concierge is a plus.
- Professional background with upscale customer service.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Polished, professional appearance.
- Flexible availability for multiple shifts, including weekends.
- English language proficiency – Advanced.
