About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the voice of our customers and ensure they get maximum value from our platform. You will own the post-sale relationship - onboarding new clients, providing training, resolving issues, and driving retention and expansion.
This role is equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and product expert. You will work closely with product and engineering to advocate for customer needs and close the feedback loop.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth platform adoption
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain help documentation and best-practice resources
- Customer relationship management
