* Proficiency with word processing software, with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
* Ability to compose correspondence and proof assignments to ensure accuracy of documents.
* Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
* Detail attentiveness required. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.
* Previous experience in a health care environment preferred.
* Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy.
* Able to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.
* High school level of knowledge preferred.
