About the Center for Anxiety

Center for Anxiety is a specialty mental health practice focused on evidence-based treatment of anxiety and related conditions. As part of the LINKS Network, we are expanding our footprint while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical excellence, supervision, and high-quality care.

Position Overview

We are hiring three full-time licensed psychologists to serve as Supervising Psychologists / Site Directors for our Manhattan and Brooklyn offices, as well as a new Center for Anxiety location opening in South New Jersey later this year. These roles combine clinical leadership and supervision with direct patient care, offering a structured yet flexible model designed for psychologists who want both impact and sustainability.

Role Structure & Time Allocation

  • 8 hours per week (fixed) dedicated to supervision, consultation, and administrative leadership
  • Up to 24 hours per week of clinical service delivery
  • Variable W-2 structure with opportunity to increase earnings through clinical volume
  • Bonus opportunities available based on performance and growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
  • Maintain and support clinical quality, ethical practice, and evidence-based standards
  • Serve as site-level clinical leadership for assigned office
  • Support onboarding, case consultation, and clinical decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on clinical operations, growth, and culture

Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Strong background in evidence-based treatment for anxiety and related conditions
  • Prior supervision experience preferred
  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical systems
  • Excellent judgment, communication skills, and professionalism
