- Clear path to equity/partnership – possible within 12 months for qualified candidates
- Guaranteed daily rates/minimum to start + competitive collections‑based model (32–35% of collections, 35% for leads)

- Deliver a full range of general dentistry services – preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- All experience levels welcome – new grads encouraged to apply
- For leadership track: 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
