• Smithtown (Now Dental) – 9 operatories, 3D imaging, laser dentistry, digital impressions
• Hands‑on mentorship for new grads from experienced general dentists and specialists
• CE allowance + leadership training opportunities
• Clear path to equity/partnership – possible within 12 months for qualified candidates
• Guaranteed daily rates/minimum to start + competitive collections‑based model (32–35% of collections, 35% for leads)
