A growing dental practice is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional, and patient-focused environment. This role oversees administrative workflow, staff supervision, billing and insurance coordination, and overall office performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who can maintain efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service to patients.

• Overseeing all day-to-day office operations
• Managing front desk workflow and patient scheduling
• Supervising administrative staff and supporting team performance
• Handling billing, insurance verification, and claims management
• Ensuring compliance with office procedures and documentation standards
• Addressing patient concerns and maintaining high service standards
• Supporting operational improvements and practice growth initiatives

• Prior experience managing a dental office required
• Strong understanding of dental billing and insurance processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
