Looking for a treatment coordinator/front desk for a high end cosmetic dental office in NYC.
Must Be Great At- Presenting treatment plans and closing cases
- Explaining insurance and financial options clearly
- Managing front desk flow and scheduling
- Delivering a white-glove patient experience
- 3+ years in dental admin / TC / OM role
- Confident communicator with strong case acceptance skills
- Solid insurance knowledge
- Organized, proactive
- Team player
