The Conference Planner is responsible for developing and executing well-organized, profitable, and highly regarded Continuing Education (CE) activities that ultimately enhance patient care.

• This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, effective verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to make critical decisions.

• Associate Degree Required - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference/event planning.
• Ability to travel as required (less than 10%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow up in a timely manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Joint Accreditation and ACCME guidelines for CE providers is ideal but not mandatory.
