• Base salary $200,000+ with strong earning potential

• Choose compensation based on adjusted production or collections  
• Option to work as W2 or 1099

• 9 fully equipped operatories with 3 additional ops ready to be completed

• 2 dentists  
• 4 hygienists (expanding with new associate)

• 2 front desk team members  
• 1 office manager  
• Support staff will expand as needed to support growth  About the Position:  
• Associate may perform any procedures they are comfortable with  
• No pressure to perform procedures outside your comfort zone
