Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our team. Must have dental office experience, specifically with Open Dental. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in dental reception is an absolute must.

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Check patients out after treatment.
• Deal with insurance authorizations and related tasks.

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
• Proficient in using phone systems and Open Dental is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Office hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Offering $22–$28 per hour plus dental benefits for you and your immediate family through the office.
