PDS Management Services is seeking skilled Pediatric Dentists or General Dentists with Pediatric Experience to provide exceptional oral healthcare to children at our Queens, NY location. This full‑time position (Mon‑Fri) focuses solely on examinations and treatment planning, with support from experienced assistants and hygienists.

Full‑Time Sign on Bonus: $3,000 - $4,000 (bonus amount varies based on location and specialty). Payment schedule: 30 days 25%, 90 days 50%, 180 days 25%. Bonus applies to dentists remaining in good standing.

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide occasional treatments: cleanings, fluoride applications, and sealants.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.

• DMD/DDS with strong background in pediatric dentistry.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix).
• Excellent patient assessment skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience in oral surgery with pediatric patients.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical coding best practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and practice aseptic techniques.
