We are hiring a Full-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our high-performing clinical team.
This is not a slow general dental office. This is a fast-paced orthodontic environment where precision, organization, and accountability matter every day.
You will work directly alongside orthodontists, support clinical efficiency, and help deliver safe, high-quality patient care. This role requires discipline, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Essential Functions- Perform sterilization procedures in accordance with OSHA and established clinical guidelines.
- Prepare precise tray setups for orthodontic procedures.
- Obtain diagnostic records including X-rays, intra-oral scans, photos, and impressions.
- Provide direct chairside assistance under supervision of the orthodontist.
- Accurately enter clinical notes in patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.
- Fabricate Essix retainers and complete basic lab duties.
- Prepare and document lab cases to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain operatory cleanliness and clinical readiness at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental assistant licenses or certification.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of dental terminology, techniques, and procedures.
Strong attendance and reliability.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communication and professional demeanor.
Preferred- Orthodontic experience.
- Relevant dental assistant licensure (if required by state law).
- Experience with digital scanning technology.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Work ScheduleWe operate in a patient-centered model. Many of our patients are children and working adults, so peak demand occurs after school, after work, and on some Saturdays.
Local travel between offices may be required.
Pay range starting at $22.00 per hour. Final offer determined by experience, qualifications, license.
