We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Dental Front Desk Administrator to join our growing dental team. This multifaceted position combines front desk responsibilities with dental insurance coordination and plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, articulate, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage daily front desk operations efficiently and accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries courteously
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Assist patients with billing questions and financial arrangements
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure patient information is updated and documented correctly
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and patient-focused office environment
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to support smooth office operations
- Dentrix experience required
- Previous experience in a dental front desk, insurance coordination, or dental office management role required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, and patient billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
