General Dentist

We are seeking a General Dentist to provide on-site dental care at long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Southern Tier of New York, including Vestal, Johnson City, Binghamton, Endicott, Bath, and Cuba. Position highlights include approximately 65 hours per month, a consistent monthly schedule, travel between multiple facility locations, and supplies and support provided at each location.

Responsibilities include providing annual examinations, preventive care, denture services, and conservative treatment focused on maintaining oral health, relieving discomfort, and supporting the functional needs of long-term care residents. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, an active New York State dental license, current New York State required credentials and registrations, and reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities.
