We are looking for an Endodontist to service the Fishkill location twice a month. We prioritize clinical excellence and patient care over quotas and upsells, because we know that's what leads to real, sustainable success. What we're looking for:

• DMD or DDS with an active (or soon-to-be-active) NY dental license
• Someone who values mentorship and is open to learning from different clinical perspectives
• Molar endo is a hard-line requirement. We will not entertain any candidates who are not proficient in molar root canals.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient relationships
• A team player who wants to grow with a practice, not just pass through
