As a member of the Dental Department, we are hiring Dental Assistants who will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the team. Dental Assistants will provide chairside support to Pediatric and General Dentistry and allow our Dentists to provide efficient, high quality care to patients. They are responsible for providing hands‑on support and completing prep work so Dentists can complete the required tasks at maximum speed and efficiency.

We are seeking a part‑time Dental Assistant who can work Monday and Tuesday shifts.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Dental Assistant Certificate required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with 4-handed dentistry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Dental Software and EHR (e.g., Dentrix) highly desired.
• Ability to adhere to National Patient Safety Goals.

• Assists the Dentist with routine procedures.
• Prepares treatment room and tray setups for dental provider.
• Takes digital X-rays and impressions.
• Orders dental supplies and maintains inventory.
• Completes infection control sterilization of all equipment and instruments.
• Schedules appointments and maintains reception area as required.
• Distributes patient educational materials as needed.

Minimum $23.00 per hour;
Maximum $25.00 per hour.

El Nuevo San Juan: 1065 Southern Blvd, Bronx NY 10459. Regularly scheduled part-time employment for Monday and Tuesday shifts.
