Job Description
The School of Dental Medicine is seeking a full‑time Dental Assistant at the University position supports licensed dental practitioners and students in examination and treatment of patients across all phases of dentistry.
Responsibilities- Serve as chair‑side assistant to licensed dental practitioners and students in examination and treatment.
- Obtain and replenish supplies, filing and setting up operatories for all necessary procedures.
- Assist in regulatory compliance, stay updated on new developments, techniques and materials, and ensure adherence to infection control protocol.
- High school diploma and either one year of experience in dental assisting or graduation from an accredited dental assisting program.
- CPR Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
- Three years of dental assisting experience.
