As our Experienced Dental Front Desk Administrator, you become the central coordinator for our front office. You'll ensure accurate, professional, and supportive patient experiences by:
- Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and care.
- Answering and routing calls.
- Organizing, scheduling, and confirming appointments with strong dental scheduling flow knowledge.
- Posting payments accurately and maintaining complete, organized records.
- Maintaining a clean, polished, and organized reception area.
- Communicating with the clinical team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Supporting administrative processes so each visit is seamless from start to finish.
