PDS Management Services is looking for talented and passionate Pediatric Dentists to join our growing team in the Northeast! Immediate openings for a Part‑Time position (Monday & Wednesday) at our Queens, NY Practice with a thriving patient base and experienced support staff.

• Part‑Time Sign On Bonus: $1,800–$2,400 (bonus varies based on location and specialty)
• Payment
  
  Schedule:
  
  30 days 25% of bonus; 90 days 50%; 180 days 25% (condition: Referred dentists must remain in good standing)
• Consistently earn $1,200 per day based on high‑demand patient volume

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and provide quality care to pediatric patients
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Perform essential procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, and more
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with the dedicated dental team for top‑tier care
• Manage appointments and treatment plans efficiently

• Active NY Dental License
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry and dental terminology
• Experience with Dentrix software & medical records management
• Ability to perform four‑handed dentistry
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills

• Position:
  Part‑Time, 2 days per week (Monday & Wednesday)
• Pay: $1,000–$1,200 per day
