What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings
• Partner closely with doctors to support comprehensive treatment planning
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with patients and families
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative team environment
• Help drive patient retention through outstanding care and service

What We’re Looking For

• Active New York Dental Hygiene license
• Passion for patient education and preventive care
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon 9am-6pm, Tues 9am-3pm, Wed 11am-8pm e/o Sat 9am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Who We’re Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Compensation

$51–$53 per hour – Up to $4,000 sign‑on bonus!
