As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and assist with any questions they may have. You’ll also help keep patient records up to date, process payments, and work with insurance claims.

Description

At Uptown Dental Group, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and dynamic Dental Receptionist to join our family-oriented practice. In this role, you’ll be essential in providing excellent patient care and helping the office run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude and check them in efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
  • Keep patient records accurate and up to date
  • Assist patients with questions or concerns, whether in person or on the phone
  • Handle insurance verifications, billing, and payments
  • Stay on top of delinquent accounts and follow up as needed
  • Help manage patient flow to ensure appointments run on time
  • Keep the front office organized and welcoming for patients and staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a dental office front desk role is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • A positive, honest, and team-focused individual with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
