Capital Smiles is a leading sedation and general dentistry practice known for exceptional patient care and a supportive, team‑focused environment. We are excited to welcome a full‑time Dental Hygienist who is passionate, driven, and ready to grow with our practice.

• Full‑time:
  Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4‑day workweek, three‑day weekends every week)
• Part‑time:
  Monday & Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

• Current dental hygienist license in New York;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• 1 year of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Clinical needs as required by office

• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement)
