Part‑Time Associate Dentist (Adult Dentistry Focused)

Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, largely children and some adults, with support from a multidisciplinary team. Participate in morning huddles, plan daily workflow, and promote a positive company image within the community.

• Restorations
• Extractions
• Fixed/removable appliances
• Endodontics (including molar endo)

• Denta Pro software
• Digital x‑ray and Panorex units
• Fiber‑optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• Staff ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider

• Primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location
• Average 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day
• Insurance mix: state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payors

• Guaranteed base pay of $900 per day with uncapped earning potential
• No lab fees
• Health, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA plans (FT providers eligible)

• DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications required – CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous oxide certification (required only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
