General Dentist – Part-Time or Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base. • $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate
• Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care
• Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship
• Strong communication and leadership skills
