Role Overview

The Traveling Associate Dentist provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care across multiple locations, supporting teams during absences or staffing needs. This role involves treating a full scope of cases, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, implant, TMJ, clear aligner, and sleep therapy procedures, in a digitally-enabled environment. The dentist leads member-centered treatment planning, diagnoses complex conditions, and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure excellent patient experiences.

The dentist leads member-centered treatment planning, diagnoses complex conditions, and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional clinical services and comprehensive exams
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Manage a dynamic schedule, balancing procedures and patient care
  • Drive growth in clear aligner and sleep therapy treatments
  • Partner with studio teams for efficient workflows and patient experience
  • Engage in ongoing clinical development and peer collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school, active license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in private practice or similar settings
  • Comfort with digital workflows and Invisalign certification
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to perform clinical procedures with manual dexterity and attention to detail
