Dental Assistant; DA or RDA

Seeking Dental Assistant in Hamburg, NY!

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain a clean and organized treatment area, and help deliver high-quality patient care in a fast paced dental practice. Experience in all aspects of 4 handed dentistry is required. Being considerate and friendly to both patients and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Take X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines
• Stock and organize supplies and operatories

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/ First Aid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Duties include but are not limited to assisting the doctors, taking and processing both x-rays & impressions, performing digital scans, use of the CEREC system, general lab duties, sterilization of instruments, as well as adherence to infection control and HIPPA regulations.

Schedule: Full
- Time

Required Saturdays
- Open twice a month 7:30am - 1pm- with a day off during the week
