Role Overview

Seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care within a modern studio environment. The role involves delivering a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, diagnosing the whole person, and developing personalized treatment plans. Opportunities include focusing on clinical excellence or taking on leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members, and enhancing clinical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Performing a wide range of dental treatments including crowns, veneers, endodontics, implants, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Diagnosing oral health issues, including TMJ and sleep-disordered breathing, and guiding members through treatment options.
  • Driving growth in clear aligner treatments and integrating sleep therapy solutions.
  • Managing a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow, and delivering exceptional patient experiences grounded in personalized care and compassion.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • For Lead Dentists: mentoring staff, leading clinical onboarding, overseeing complex cases, and partnering with studio management to optimize operations and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school, with an active license and CPR/BLS certification.
  • Invisalign certification; experience with digital workflows preferred.
  • Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years' post-residency experience;
    Lead Dentists: 6+ years’ experience with leadership capabilities.
  • Strong clinical judgment, trustworthiness, and ability to empower team members.
  • Comfort with technology and a patient-centered, collaborative approach.
