Perfect Smile Doc

Perfect Smile Doc is growing, and we are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our team.

This role goes beyond clinical assisting. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with patients, building trust, and helping them feel confident about starting treatment.

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, adjustments, bonding, etc.)
• Take digital scans, X-rays, and patient photos
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain efficient patient flow in a high-volume environment
• Provide a positive and professional patient experience
• Support new patient visits by helping patients understand the value of treatment

• Active RDA license in New York
• Orthodontic experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work Saturdays

• $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience
